On the Les Fleurs blog, I share the very best of how we work, what we do, and upcoming events we are proud to partner with. This year, we were overjoyed to be accepted as a first-time exhibitor at the Newport Flower Show. I hope you will join us at our Booth (located on the front lawn entrance, next to the lecture tent booth #18F and 19F) as we celebrate all things gardens and French decor. As an extra treat, my French friend, Sharon Santoni, will join us on Friday and sign copies of her book.

As a little girl, I frequently toured the Newport mansions with my Mom and marveled at the beauty of their gardens. It was our special treat to walk the grounds and dream of living there.  One of the gilded mansions of Newport - Rosecliff, modeled after the Grand Trianon, the garden retreat of French kings at Versailles - was at the top of our list.  

To have this year’s keynote speaker, lifestyle maven Martha Stewart, at my favorite mansion, is a dream come true.  Martha will host a lecture and demonstrate floral designs from her new book, “Martha’s Flowers: A Practical Guide to Growing, Gathering, and Enjoying”.   Following her lecture, please plan sufficient time to view the unforgettable garden exhibits, horticultural entries, and small cottages which will be staged thoughout the estate.
